The researcher on Islamic jurisprudence and history of thought stated, “Imam Reza (a.s.) is the beloved of all Shiites and even Sunnis. This unique popularity is the axis of unity among Islamic denominations. But this capacity should serve the realization of true unity. True unity is achieved when Ma’aref and the teachings of Imam (a.s.) are placed on the table of Islamic thought, and its angles are analyzed.”

ABWA Official Website – With the presence of a group of Sunni and Shiite ulama, as well as some officials of the city of Samarra, Iraq, a ceremony on the birth anniversary of Imam Reza (a.s.) was held for the second consecutive year in the city. The ceremony was held with the participation of sheikhs of Iraqi tribes, the Representative of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution in Iraq, the governor of Samarra, the president of Samarra University, representatives of the Holy Shrines in Iraq, a group of military and security commanders, as well as representatives of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, Ashura International Foundation, along with different strata of Iraqi people. Further in the event, the message of Ayatollah Ramazani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “The servants of the holy shrine of Imam Reza (a.s.), because of their devotion to this Imam, welcomed the members of the General Assembly of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly. I appreciate Ayatollah Marvi, the custodian of Astan Quds Razavi, for this hospitality.”

The AhlulBayt (a.s.) Assembly of Syria sent a caravan of university professors and cultural, Quranic, and media activists, as well as the families of Syrian martyrs, to visit the Islamic Republic of Iran.
