Int’l Conference Commemorating Mirza Mohammad Taghi Shirazi to start today

The International Conference Commemorating Ayatollah Mirza Mohammad Taghi Shirazi, the Leader of the Iraqi Independence Movement, will start today.

ABWA Official Website – The International Conference Commemorating Ayatollah Mirza Mohammad Taghi Shirazi, the Leader of the Iraqi Independence Movement, will start on Saturday December 10, 2022.

The conference is the third series of international conferences entitled “International Conferences for the Revival of the Heritage of the Ulama of Karbala”, which is dedicated to honoring the ulama of Karbala and reviving their works.

The organizer of the conference is the Karbala Center for Studies and Research, affiliated with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain (a.s.).

The current series entitled “The 3rd Conference of the Series of International Conferences for the Revival of the Heritage of the Ulama of Karbala; Ayatollah Mirza Mohammad Taghi Shirazi - Thoughts and Leadership”, is participated by Shiraz University as partner organizer with the Research Center of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain (a.s.).

The opening ceremony of this conference will be held in the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain (a.s.) in a few hours, and then, after Maghrib and Isha prayers, researchers from different countries will present their articles in two commissions.

Tomorrow morning, Sunday, December 11, 2022, the commissions will continue their activities, and the closing ceremony will be held in the evening.
