With a statement, the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly concluded its 192^nd session in Baghdad, Iraq.

Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “The AhlulBayt (a.s.) school is beneficial not only for Shiites and Muslims but also for all those who thirst for justice all over the world. Therefore, the late Imam Khomeini (r.a.) congratulated all the oppressed people of the world on the 15^th of Sha’ban [birth anniversary of Imam Mahdi (a.s.)].”

Managers and representatives of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) Assembly of Iraq met with the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

ABWA Official Website – On March 17, 2023, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, who traveled to Iraq with a delegation of officials and directors of the Assembly, visited the tomb of Martyr Ayatollah Sayed Mohammad Baqir Hakim and the late Hojat al-Islam Sayed Abdul Aziz Hakim in the Martyrs Institution of Najaf and recited Surah al-Fatiha for them and all the martyrs and ulama. During this visit, Ayatollah Ramazani honored and appreciated the role of Martyr Hakim in the establishment, formation, and strengthening of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly. /345/

ABWA Official Website – The farewell and introduction ceremony of the former and new directors of the Representative Office of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in Iraq was held on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, in the building of the Representative Office of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution in Najaf, with the presence of representatives of the offices of Marjas (sources of emulation), Secretary General and some of the members of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, ulama and professors of Najaf seminary, and religious and cultural figures of Iraq. In this ceremony, Ayatollah Sayed Mojtaba Hosseini was introduced as the representative of the Assembly in Iraq, and Hojat al-Islam Sayed Mohammad Reza Al-e Ayyub was introduced as the new director of this office. Also, Hojat al-Islam Jabbar Behbahani was appreciated for his efforts as the former director of the Representative Office of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in Iraq /345/

Ayatollah Sayed Mojtaba Hosseini was introduced as the representative of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly of in Iraq, and Hojat al-Islam Sayed Mohammad Reza Al-e Ayyub was introduced as the new director of this office.

The participants in the session of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly emphasized the great capacities of Shiites to introduce the AhlulBayt (a.s.) School wisely to the contemporary world.

World Assembly in 1401 SH (March 2023) began with the participation of members of the council and hosted by Sayed Ammar Hakim in Iraq.
