“History-Making Myths” course will begin at AhlulBayt (a.s.) International University

The first session of the History Department of AhlulBayt (a.s.) International University, from series of scientific sessions focusing on history-making myths, will be held on Monday.

ABWA Official Website - The first meeting of the History Department of AhlulBayt (a.s.) International University from series of scientific sessions focusing on history-making myths will be held on Monday, November 28, 2020, from 6 to 7:10 p.m.

In this session entitled “Jerusalem Paradise”, Dr. Mahdi Mohammadi, a faculty member of AhlulBayt (a.s.) International University, will give a speech.

A summary of this session reads, “All the motivations that have led to important developments in human history were not necessarily rooted in external facts or correct data. Throughout history, sometimes an important historical event occurred only under the influence of myths that resulted from exaggeration of a fact or big mistakes in assessments. Over time, these exaggerations and mistakes were so accepted in the public space as they were inviolable facts and followed by actions that changed the course of history. Here four examples of myths will be studied that, when believed to be true, led to important developments in world history.”

It worth mentioning that this course will be held in the conference hall of AhlulBayt (a.s.) International University, and attendance is free for registrants in the course.

The session will also be held online at the following address:
