Ayatollah Ramazani's message of condolences on demise of Ayatollah Zia Abadi

In a message, the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, offered his condolences on the demise of the Ayatollah Zia Abadi.

The text of the message of Ayatollah Reza Ramazani is as follows:

In the Name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

The demise of divine and moral scholar, “Ayatollah Haj Sayed Muhammad Zia Abadi”, caused grief and sorrow.

He devoted his blessed life to studying, propagating and teaching the lessons of the Holy Quran and AhlulBayt (a.s.) and dedicated many students to the Islamic community.

Today, the academic and practical life of that moral scholar and the preacher of the Quran and the school of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) can be a role model for honorable clergies and scholars in sincere propagation and performing religious mission, and certainly our society needs such moral and spiritual scholars more than ever so that they can add Quranic truths and religious teachings into the Islamic society with their holy souls.

In addition to his sermons and ethics class sessions that quenched the thirst for truth, his various charitable activities and support for the deprived and oppressed were characteristics of the life of that respected scholar.

On the loss of that teacher of the illuminating teachings of the AhlulBayt (a.s.), I offer my condolences to Imam Mahdi (a.s.), the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, the seminaries of Tehran, Qazvin and his respected family, students and enthusiasts and I pray to God the companionship with the Quran and God’s friends for the deceased, and patience for his family and relatives.

“Indeed, we belong to Allah and to Him do we indeed return” (Holy Quran 2:156)

Reza Ramazani
