“Victory is near”: Hamas representative
The representative of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, in Iran, in an interview with ABNA News Agency, said, “Victory is near, and with God’s permission, we will say the prayer of victory in the Holy Quds.”
ABWA Official Website – On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, the ceremony commemorating the 40th day of Sayed Hassan Nasrallah’s martyrdom, and the commemoration of the martyred leaders of the Resistance Front, entitled “Nasrallah’s Beginning,” was held by the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in the Holy Shrine of Imam Khomeini (r.a.), in cooperation with some international organizations and seminary institutions, participating enthusiastic young people, university students, clerics, and international cultural activists residing in Iran.
On the sidelines of this ceremony, Khaled Qodoumi, representative of the Palestinian resistance movement, Hamas, in Iran, in an interview with ABNA International News Agency, said, “On October 7, 2023, the criminal Zionist enemy lost the war, and the Resistance Front won, with the martyrdom and sacrifice of its great leaders, including Sayed Hassan Nasrallah, Ismail Haniyeh, Yahya Sinwar and their companions, and this intensified the defeat of the enemy.”
“In the attacks of the Zionist regime, our brothers in Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen and Iran sacrificed their lives for the Flood of al-Aqsa and the liberation of Al-Quds. You should know that the legacy of these martyrs is the reason for the power of the resistance, and the victory of the Resistance Front, and the decline of the Zionist enemy are imminent. The Zionist enemy is not even capable of confronting the frontline of the Jabalia camp in the Gaza Strip, which is only one and a half square kilometers in area and could do nothing against the Mujahideen of the camp. Today, Mujahideen are active in the frontline of Jabalia camp. Mujahideen of the entire region also won in the battlefields. Victory is near, and with God’s permission, we will say the prayer of victory in the Holy Quds,” he added.
On the Friday evening, September 27, 2024, the Zionist regime martyred Sayed Hassan Nasrallah, the Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah movement, by attacking Haret Hreik neighborhood in the southern Beirut, and heavily bombarding several buildings.

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Lebanese Muslim Scholars Association said, “The resistance of the Lebanese and Palestinian people comes from the Imam Khomeini’s (r.a.) thought that the Zionist regime, this cancerous tumor, must be annihilated and eliminated from the land of Palestine.”

In this ceremony, referring to the battle with the Zionist enemy, Sheikh Ghazi Hunainah Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Lebanese Muslim Scholars Association, said, “The way to freedom of Quds, by the grace of God, has been opened, and God willing, and by God’s permission, will not be closed until the divine promise is fulfilled. The important question that is being raised today, and all the news agencies and satellite channels are asking, is how the Palestinian and Lebanese nations, which have the smallest populations among the Arab countries, are standing in direct confrontation with the Zionist enemy from a very close distance; an enemy that is equipped with American weapons and Western technologies and has the whole West’s support.”
“Let’s remember the Battle of the Trench, when all disbelief stood against all faith, and Imam Ali (a.s.) stood against all disbelief. Today, we are in one line, in the form of one ummah, with same God, the Prophet, religion, Qibla, and a goal, which is the freedom of all of Palestine, from the sea to the river, and we are not willing to make peace and normalize relations with the Zionist regime, and accept the existence of this regime in any way,” he continued.
“The resistance of the Lebanese and Palestinian people comes from the Imam Khomeini’s (r.a.) thought that the Zionist regime, this cancerous tumor, must be annihilated and eliminated from the land of Palestine. The Lebanese Hezbollah moved in this direction and the martyr Sayed Hassan Nasrallah spent half of his life to realize this goal. On this path, great people like Sayed Hassan Nasrallah, Sayed Abbas Mousavi, Sheikh Ragheb Harb, Imad Mughniyeh, Fuad Shukr and Sheikh Nabil Qaouk, were martyred from Hezbollah,” added the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Lebanese Muslim Scholars Association.
Referring to the manifestation of Imam Khomeini’s thought in Palestine, Sheikh Ghazi Hunainah said, “The late Imam’s (r.a.) thought was manifested in the land of Palestine with the thought of the authentic Sunnah, which is derived from the Holy Quran and the Holy Prophet’s mission. Martyr Sayed Hassan Nasrallah created unity between Shiites and Sunnis in the battle against the Zionist enemy. This martyr trained us for stability, patience, determination, honesty and martyrdom.”
“Today, the two wings of Islam, i.e. Shia and Sunni, are standing side by side, which is referred to as the unity of the fields, against the enemy. These fields are from Iraq, Syria, Yemen to Lebanon, Palestine and the Islamic Republic of Iran. We, in Lebanese Muslim Scholars Association, declare our allegiance to God, the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h), and Ayatollah Khamenei for the unity of the Islamic Ummah, helping the Palestinian nation, and fighting to the last breath for either victory or martyrdom,” he said in the end of his speech.

Martyrs like Sheikh Ahmad Yassin, Ismail Haniyeh, the lord of the martyrs of the Resistance Axis Sayed Hassan Nasrallah, and Yahya Sinwar, are martyrs of the path of Al-Aqsa Mosque. This caravan continues and these martyrs are divine proofs for us. They are role models for us to be able to move on the path of human dignity, the independence of Islamic countries, and the liberation of our sacred things, especially Al-Aqsa Mosque.”
“Gaza is Palestine’s heart, and the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation was formed from there; an operation that established new rules and history. The Al-Aqsa Flood Operation announced to the world that the aggression of the Zionist regime is enough. This operation shows a change in the Resistance Thought. We want to change the current situation. So much so that the future situation does not have any similarity with the current situation. Al-Aqsa Flood Operation changed everything that was before October 7, 2023. All political talk, including the 1967 border and the two-state solution, cannot be raised as long as the Al-Aqsa Flood is ongoing. This is a real change. The compass of change is Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Holy Quds,” he continued.
The representative of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, in Iran, added, “The only thing we expect from the world is to understand that the Al-Aqsa Flood will destroy the main base of the Western project, which was created in the heart of the Islamic world at the beginning of the last century under the name of the Zionist regime. We are the Resistance, and our response to those who want to take our weapons is “هیهات من الذلّه” (No to humiliation.) We never lay down our weapons until Palestine is fully liberated. These words are not based on feelings. Martyr Yahya Sinwar was not a person, but a school. The way this martyr lived is important. He did not consider prison as suffering but as a stage in life of every struggle. During his imprisonment in Zionist prisons, he was a writer, leader, politician, diplomat, and soldier.”
Regarding the prison time of martyr Yahya Sinwar, Qodoumi said, “This martyr sought to break the walls of the prison. During his prison time, he tried to escape from prison three times. After being released, martyr Yahya Sinwar did not return home but asked his brothers in the Hamas movement to define his new duty to him. With his effort, action, religion, and faith, he joined the caravan of the figures. He was inspired by the Quranic verses and the Prophet’s (p.b.u.h) tradition to walk towards the freedom of Palestine.”
“With the grace of these bloods, the Palestinian nation and martyr Yahya Sinwar are the victors. The recent war in Gaza has left 52,000 martyrs and missing people, 70% of whom are women and children. Thanks to the blessings of the blood of these martyrs, this historical epic happened, and change is coming. Americans and Zionists committed genocide in Gaza. It is a misconception that the Americans only help the Zionists. Rather, it is more accurate to say that the Americans are the masters of the Zionists in genocide. Zionist Americans are in the minority in the world. Only four countries, the United States, Britain, Germany, and France support the Zionists in the genocide of the Palestinian people, and the rest of the world opposes this genocide. It is an important issue that must be considered,” he continued.
“The Al-Aqsa Flood was a victories operation on the battlefield. Right after Yahya Sinwar’s martyrdom, Palestinian resistance fighters launched an operation in Jabalia camp. This camp is small, and the Zionists have attacked it many times. However, the resistance fighters continue to operate there and every day they kill and injure several Zionist soldiers in the there. Look at the South of Lebanon; Lebanese Hezbollah fighters have become stronger after the martyrdom of Sayed Hassan Nasrallah,” added the representative of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, in Iran.
“The political solution is to achieve something that the martyrs’ families and patient and resistant people want. The resistance of these people changed the world’s view. Now even in Latin America, people talk against Israel. The assassination of our leaders makes us more determined. Our political solution is based on imposing defeat on the enemy. Those who have the right to make decisions in Gaza after the end of the war are the people of Gaza. The presence of any occupier in the land of Gaza will not be acceptable under any circumstances,” he said in the end.

Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “The obedience of Sayed Hassan Nasrallah and the entire Resistance Front from Wilayah, was well known. He was a follower of Wilayah and adhered to his covenant and allegiance to it. He was obedient to Wilayah in the true sense of the word.”

World Assembly of stated, “Sayed Hassan Nasrallah was a true believer, who had intellectual, Fitrah and intuitive faith. He stepped into the intuition system.”
“According to verse 46 of Surah Saba, man has two types of uprising: individual uprising, which means reaching the view of monotheism and its truth, taking steps for God and towards God; and second, social uprising to realize justice. Sayed Hassan Nasrallah rose both individually and socially. He was a believer, Muslim, and monotheist, who worked for the Resistance Axis, and became its leader. He precisely, comprehensively, and profoundly followed the Quran and AhlulBayt (a.s.). His thought was Resistance-oriented,” he added.
The Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly further added, “Today, some people are trying to ignore the verses related to jihad and resistance and have a so-called merciful view of Islam. The idea of absolute peace, achieving by merciful Islam, is absolutely wrong. A believer needs to define his duty and stance confronting his enemies. In this regard, the Quran said that one should observe the enemies in their true form and have knowledge about them. The late Imam Khomeini (r.a.) introduced all the enemies to us and said that we must take serious measures against global arrogance and Zionism. The issue of Palestine is not only related to our region and Muslims, but it is related to all believers in the world. All freedom seekers of the world should pay attention to Palestine. Compromise with enemies is a wrong idea. They do not understand compromise language. The language of interaction with them is only resistance and confrontation. They have a domineering view of the entire world, and they want all people to be their servants. Their view is supremacist. Palestine and Gaza have now become the biggest prisons in the world.”
“Martyr Sayed Hassan Nasrallah had Resistance-oriented thought. Society needs such a thought. He was a figure influenced by Imam Khomeini (r.a.), and his obedience to Wilayah was well-known. The obedience of Sayed Hassan Nasrallah and the entire Resistance Front to Wilayah was well known. He was a true follower of Wilayah and adhered to his covenant and allegiance to it. He was obedient to Wilayah in the true sense of the word and believed in the victory. In the great field of Jihad, this martyr scared the “fear”, and the enemies were also cowards. Sayed Hassan Nasrallah’s courage was honest. He was honest in his courage. He was a mujahid, both for God and in the way of God. He had spiritual guidance from God,” Ayatollah Ramazani continued.
“The theory of resistance, proposed in the Holy Quran and the hadiths, is not for expansionism, seeking domination, and lust. Rather, it is proposed by the Quran and the AhlulBayt (a.s.) to deal with autocracy, the (nonbeliever) rich, tyrants, hypocrites, and the arrogant. Throughout history, we have seen that the arrogant system stood against the truth front. All the arrogant who stood up to God’s prophets throughout history were defeated. Liberalism is a system that seeks to restrict religion. While communism sought to eliminate religion. Throughout the history of Islam, some have tried to distort and eliminate the religion in different ways,” he said.
“If Islam is well introduced with the language of reason and Fitrah, we will be victorious in the soft war. By winning the soft war, we will win other wars as well. The youth and nations of the world should have such an understanding of Islam, not a version of Islam that approves and recognizes Tel Aviv, nor the version of Islam that seeks absolute peace,” added the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
“Imam Ali (a.s.) has promised clear victory and victory. In the Battle of Jamal, when he gave the flag to his son Muhammad bin Hanafiyya, Imam Ali (a.s.) said: “Mountains may move from their status, but you should not move from yours. Grit your teeth. Lend to Allah your head (in fighting for Allah, give yourself to Allah). Plant your feet firmly on the ground. Have your eye on the remotest foe and close your eyes (to their numberical majority). And be sure that succor is but from Allah, the Glorified”,” Ayatollah Ramazani said at the end of his speech, referring to the promise of victory by Islam.

In this ceremony, referring to the characteristics of Lebanese Hezbollah martyrs, Abdullah Safieddine, the movement’s representative in Tehran, said, “These martyrs followed the teachings of martyr Sayed Muhammad Baqir Sadr; when at the beginning of the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, he advised us “to melt in Imam Khomeini (r.a.) as he melted in Islam.” It means that you are obliged to obey your Wali-e Amr (guardian). These Lebanese martyrs were satisfied with the words they heard from the late Imam Khomeini (r.a.) and acted upon them. That sentence was: “Return to Lebanon and fight the Zionist enemy, and victory belongs to you”.”
“The martyrs of Lebanese Hezbollah followed Imam Khomeini (r.a.) well and sacrificed everything they had to implement the late Imam’s words regarding the fight against the Zionist enemy in Lebanon. Even though the conditions at that time were apparently not ready for the fulfillment of this word, those few people and the small group initiated the resistance, and God was also with them until the victory in 2000 was achieved; these fighters continued to follow and obey the Wali-e Amr of Muslims (guardian of the Muslim), Imam Khamenei,” he continued.
“We are now at the same stage as we were before the victories in 2000 and 2006. We are committed to resistance, and it is our only option. No matter how much the number of martyrs increases, resistance is the only way to gain honor and dignity. Just as Martyr Sayed Hassan Nasrallah promised victory, your brothers on the frontlines herald a greater victory than past, and the coming days will prove that victory belongs to us. We are not afraid of the number and unity of the enemies. We are not afraid of anyone. Because our goal is to restore dignity and push back the arrogant from our land,” added the representative of Lebanese Hezbollah in Tehran.
Referring to the certainty of the victory of the Lebanese Islamic resistance, Safieddine stated, “Just as we won before, we will win again, and just as we defeated the enemy before, we will defeat it this time. This time the defeat is not only for the Zionist enemy but also for the masters and mercenaries of the regime. We believe that no one can confront the Islamic resistance in Lebanon, Palestine, Iraq, and Yemen; no matter how many martyrs the resistance gives in this path, even if that martyr is the Secretary General of Lebanese Hezbollah.”
“Victory is ahead of us and you. We all see this victory, honor, dignity, and annihilation of the Zionist regime as definite. The resistance of our nation in Lebanon and Gaza is a myth, which will be an example for future generations,” he said in the end.
