ABWA’s message of condolences for demise of Sheikh Ahmad Tijan Sila

In a message, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly expressed its condolences on the demise of Sheikh Ahmad Tijan Silla, one of the prominent clerics of Sierra Leone.

 

Following the demise of Sheikh Ahmad Tijan Silla, one of the leading Shiites in Africa and representative of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in Sierra Leone, in a message the Assembly expressed its condolences for the loss.


The message is as follows:




In the Name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

“Indeed, we belong to Allah and to Him do we indeed return” (Holy Quran 2:156)


The demise of the eminent scholar Hojat al-Islam Sheikh Ahmad Tijan Sila, one of the most prominent Shiite scholars in Sierra Leone, the head of the Shiite Cultural Center, and the representative of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in the country, caused grief and sorrow.


Sheikh Ahmad Tijan Sila was one of the pioneers in spreading the teachings of the AhlulBayt (a.s.), who spent his blessed life preaching and teaching in various areas of Sierra Leone, and was a promoter of Islamic teachings and the AhlulBayt (a.s.).


Hereby, offering condolences on the occasion of this loss to his honorable family, and all his friends and acquaintances, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly asks God Almighty for the highest degrees for him and patience for his family.
