The Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, Ayatollah Ramazani said, "In our opinion, Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) had a strong faith and was a believer.
At the invitation of "Shiite institutions", Ayatollah "Reza Ramazani" traveled to Turkey to participate in the "Arbaeen Grand Conference". During this trip, by attending mosques and Islamic centers, he met with religious activists.
Attending the mosque of "Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.)" in Istanbul, Ayatollah Ramazani addressed the worshipers of this mosque and pointed to the high degrees of faith and personality of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.).
"There are two kinds of faith; first is the "Established Faith" and the second kind is "borrowed faith" which comes and goes", he stated.
Expressing evidence of a blessed life, the guardian of the Prophet (p.b.u.h) and the father of the Imam Ali (a.s.), Ayatollah Ramazani emphasized, "In our opinion, Abu Talib (a.s.) was not only a believer, but also had "Established Faith. "
He then expressed the virtues of Imam Ali ibn Abu Talib (a.s.).
At the end of the meeting, Ayatollah Ramazani invited Hojat al-Islam "Ali Salmanli", the Friday Prayer Leader of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) Mosque, to participate in the international conference "Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.); protector of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)".
The Ahl al-Bayt World Assembly is an international non-governmental organization (INGO) that was established by a group of Shiite elites under the supervision of the great Islamic authority of the Shiites in 1990 to identify, organize, educate and support the followers of Ahl al-Bayt.
