The commemoration ceremony of Ayatollah Jafar Al-Hadi (Khoshnevis) will be held in Amir Al-Momenin (a.s.) Mosque in Qom.
A commemoration ceremony will be held on the first anniversary of the demise of the divine Alem, defender of the sanctity of the AhlulBayt (a.s.), author and powerful preacher of the Shiite school, martyr’s father, Ayatollah Haj Sheikh Mohammad Jafar Khoshnevis (Master Jafar al-Hadi).
This ceremony will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2021, from 15:00 to 16:30 in Amir Al-Momenin (a.s.) Mosque in Qom, Dorshahr Street, corner of Resalat Square.
Ayatollah Haj Sheikh “Mohammad Jafar Khoshnevis” known as “Jafar Al-Hadi”, one of the great professors of the seminary of Qom, passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2020, at the age of 74 due to a heart condition.
As a member of the faculty of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and then the Book Council of the Assembly, the late Jafar al-Hadi, a specialist in various Islamic sciences - such as jurisprudence, hadith, beliefs, theology, and religions, performed many services and wrote valuable works.
The Ahl al-Bayt World Assembly is an international non-governmental organization (INGO) that was established by a group of Shiite elites under the supervision of the great Islamic authority of the Shiites in 1990 to identify, organize, educate and support the followers of Ahl al-Bayt.
