Ayatollah Ramazani, along with the Secretary General of the Pakistan Shia Ulema Council, visited the Jafar Tayyar Library in Karachi, Pakistan.
ABWA Official Website – The Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly along with Hojat al-Islam Shubair Hassan Maithami, the Secretary General of the Pakistan Shia Ulema Council, visited the Jafar Tayyar Library in Karachi, Pakistan. After visiting different parts of the library, a sincere meeting was held with the students and library officials.
In the meeting with the students, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani said, “Just as the previous generation trained you, you must train the next generation.”
“Muslims should reach scientific authority in the world,” he added, “In this regard, people like Allameh Iqbal should be trained.”
In another part of his speech, regarding the importance of insight into religion, he stated, “Through the media, the enemy seeks to take religion from the people. In Europe, before university, young people are taught to be secular, liberal, or irreligious. For other countries also, they implement such programs in the form of treaties and international programs.”
In the end, Ayatollah Ramazani announced that the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly is ready to support and equip Jafar Tayyar Library.
It is worth mentioning that Jafar Tayyar Library has a suitable space for research and study. Also, there are books on specialized religious and academic subjects in this library. Specialized classes and educational seminars for religious sciences and Nahj al-Balaghah are held in the Jafar Tayyar library. This library has a digital section and also produces audiobooks. The purpose of building this library is to create a religious center for the scientific development of Shiites. The head of the library is Dr. Naseem Haider Zaidi, a university professor, and the head of all libraries in Karachi.
