The international conference “Committed Art in Support of Holy Al-Quds” will be held in Tehran by the Committee for the Support of the Islamic Revolution of the Palestinian People affiliated with the Presidential Administration of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
ABWA Official Website – On the 44th anniversary of the handing over of the Zionist embassy in Iran to the Palestinian people by the order of the late Imam Khomeini (r.a.), the international conference “Committed Art in Support of the Holy Al-Quds” will be held in Tehran.
The conference is organized by Committee for the Support of the Islamic Revolution of the Palestinian People affiliated with the Presidential Administration of the Islamic Republic of Iran and will be held in cooperation with the cultural and artistic institutions from Iran, Iraq, and Bahrain, with the participation of cultural and artistic elites from different countries.
Also, at this conference, the awards of the winners of the “3rd International Cartoon Festival of Al-Quds Day” will be given.
The ceremony will be held on Monday, February 20, 2023, from 2:30 to 6 p.m., in the conference hall of Azadi Tower in Tehran.
Partner institutions that collaborate with the Committee for the Support of the Islamic Revolution of the Palestinian People affiliated with the Presidential Administration of the Islamic Republic of Iran to hold this memorable event are the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, Al-Wafa Islamic Party of Bahrain, Cultural-Artistic Center of the Islamic Revolution, ABNA News Agency, Martyr Fazel Center for Strategic Studies of Iraq, and Safir Network.
It is worth mentioning that the call for the “3rd International Cartoon Festival of Al-Quds Day” was announced in the last month of Ramadan, and it was well received by artists from 48 countries.
This time to hold the closing ceremony of this festival, as well as the conference “Committed Art in Support of the Holy Al-Quds”, was chosen to commemorate the action of the late Imam Khomeini (r.a.) in closing the embassy of the Zionist regime in Tehran and handing it over to the Palestinian people in the first days after the victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1979./345/
