During his visit to Lebanon, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, visited went on pilgrimage of Sayedeh Khuleh, the daughter of Imam Hussain (a.s.). During the pilgrimage, he met Sayed Yasser Mousavi, the son of Hojat al-Islam martyr Sayed Abbas Mousavi, the former secretary-general of Lebanese Hezbollah, and then visited the tomb of this martyr. The shrine of Sayedeh Khuleh, a shrine in the south of Baalbek, is attributed to Khuleh, the daughter of Imam Hussain (a.s.). According to the people of Baalbek, one of the daughters of Imam Hussain (a.s.) named Kheleh was buried in this place when the caravan of Karbala prisoners passed through this area. Sayed Abbas Mousavi was the second secretary-general of Lebanese Hezbollah, who was elected secretary-general of Hezbollah in 1991. He was assassinated in an Israeli helicopter attack on his car on February 16, 1992.
