Holding media events in media war era, essential: Lebanese presenter

Referring to the political and cultural conditions of the region, Dr. Zaynab Jaber stated, “As the Supreme Leader of the Revolution says, today we are in a media war. Therefore, the presence of media activists in the cultural, political, and social sectors is crucial.”

ABWA Official Website – On Wednesday morning, September 18, 2024, the closing ceremony of the international event “We are the children of Imam Hussain (a.s.)” was held, and the “Special Poster of Arbaeen in 63 World Countries” was unveiled in the conference hall of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

In an interview with ABNA on the sidelines of the ceremony, Dr. Zaynab Jaber, a Lebanese media presenter and activist, stated, “Today, the closing ceremony of the event “We are the children of Imam Hussain (a.s.)” was held by ABNA News Agency at the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly. By the grace of God, many international figures and media activists could send their works about the Arbaeen Great Walk of Imam Hussain (a.s.) to the festival.”

“Today, due to the political and cultural conditions of the region, such media events are essential, and as the Supreme Leader of the Revolution says, today we are in a media war. Therefore, the presence of media activists in the cultural, political, and social sectors is crucial,” continued the host of the closing ceremony of the international event “We are the children of Imam Hussain (a.s.).”

“Many international high-quality works were submitted to this event, and at the end, the winners of the festival were honored. Also, the special Arbaeen poster was unveiled in 63 countries,” Dr. Jaber stated.
