The faith and Tawhid of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) is obvious

“The Tawhid of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) is not something we want to give speech about. The faith and Tawhid of this figure is obvious so that he can be effective,” said the research deputy of Al-Zoria Al-Nabawiya Research Institute.

41st pre-conference of the International Conference “Hazrat Abu Talib, Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)” was held on Saturday morning March 6, 2021, virtually and in-person in Qom. The session was organized by Zorria al-Nabawia Research Institute and “Research Institute on Proximity” of “The World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought” and was held in the form of Webinar “The role of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) and the Talebian from the point of view of Allameh Sayed Mohammad Mahdi Kharsan”.


“This noble figure is dear not only to the Shiite world, but also to the world of humanity. God Almighty has defended the strategic status of Abu Talib (a.s.) against professional Munafeqin (hypocrites) since the beginning of Islam, and this defense is a divine and decisive work. This matter is clear from the Qur'an and the interpretation of its verses,” stated Hojat al-Islam “Alireza Tahouni”, the research deputy of Al-Zoria Al-Nabawia Research Institute as the sixth and last speaker of this meeting, referring to Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.).


“Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) was supported by God. He was a mediator to achieve the goals of the mission and Be’that of the Prophet (p.b.u.h) by supporting him, according to the will of God. The whole world knows that all the prophets had miracles and the miracle of the Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) was the salvation of a Ummah and the building of a civilization,” he added.


“We should complain to God for the oppression which was against Abu Talib (a.s.). But if God wills, the enemies can also bring good and blessings. The Tawhid of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) is not something we want to give speech about. The faith and Tawhid of this figure is obvious so that he can be effective. The Munafeqin who claimed Islam and were infidels in the time of Jaheliya, based on malicious enmity and professionally, raised suspicions against Abu Talib (a.s.). The dangers of these Munafeqin must be taken into account. The aim of the Munafeqin in creating suspicion about Abu Talib (a.s.) was to challenge Imam Ali (a.s.) and his children (Shiite Imams),” Tahouni added.


“We passed the faith of this character and for various reasons, we raise the infallibility of Abu Talib, and we challenge the professional Munafeqin. The infallibility of Hazrat Abu Talib (AS) is higher than his faith. (Because) a person’s infallibility comes from his behavior and speech. Hazrat Abu Talib’s defense of Islam and the first figure of Islam (Propher Muhammad) is obvious, and he was a Muslim and Mowahed (monotheist) before Islam, and he was named Sayed Bat’ha,” said the research deputy of Al-Zoria Al-Nabawiya Research Institute.


“The honors of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) are eternal and civilization-building, and each of these honors showed itself in the best way. The enemies were defeated by his honors. Some of these honors were related to the pre-Islamic era and some other honors were related to the era of the Prophet,” he stated, recognizing Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) as the manifestation of Islamic unity and the symbol of human rights.


“The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran (Ayatollah Khamenei) issued the Statement of the Second Phase on the 40th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution. The content of this statement is: self-improvement, society care and civilization-building. These are the inner self of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.),” Tahouni concluded, referring to the Statement of the Second Phase of the Islamic Revolution, issued by Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of Iran.


It should be mentioned that by the initiation of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, and support and cooperation of the similar institutions, including, “Imam Hossein (a.s.) Holy Shrine”, “Hazrat Aboutaleb Research and Publishing Institute”, “The World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought”, “Islamic Sciences and Culture Academy of Islamic Propagation Office”, “Al-Mustafa International University”, “Hawza Language teaching center”, “International University of AhlulBayt (a.s.)”, “Mirath-e Nabowat Cultural Institute”, “Jamiat al-Zahra Seminary University”, “Zorria al-Nabawia Research Center”, “Qasem ibn al-Hassan (a.s.) Religious-Cultural Institute”, and “Abna al-Rasoul Cultural and Artistic Institute”; international conference “Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.), Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)” will be held on Rajab 25, 26 and 27, 1442 (March 9, 10 and 11, 2021) on the anniversary of the death of Abu Talib (a.s.).


The deadline for submitting academic works and articles to this conference has been extended until February 18, 2021.
