Hossein Vakili, in charge of the booth of the Al Al-Bayt University Publishing House in the “Lights of Guidance” exhibition, stated, “Al Al-Bayt University Publishing House has published more than six hundred book titles so far, and in the last few years, its approach has been to turn theses into books.”
ABWA Official Website – On the sidelines of the “Lights of Guidance” exhibition, ABNA reporter interviewed Mr. Hossein Vakili, in charge of the booth of the Al Al-Bayt University Publishing House.
About the activities of Al Al-Bayt University, he stated, “At Al Al-Bayt University, students are studying in various fields of study at bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate levels. Textbooks are taught in Arabic, in the University and most of the students are from the countries of the Persian Gulf and Africa.”
“600 clergy from 50 countries are studying at Al Al-Bayt University,” Vakili continued, “Of these, 300 students are studying online. The president of Al Al-Bayt University is Sheikh Abdul Mohsen Al-Baghshi. Our institution operates under the supervision of Al-Mustafa (p.b.u.h) International University, and the academic degrees of Al Al-Bayt University is approved by Al-Mustafa (p.b.u.h) University. Al Al-Bayt University has a seminary for brothers and it is planned to open a seminary for sisters in the future.”
“Al Al-Bayt University Publishing House has published more than six hundred book titles so far, and in the last few years, its approach has been to turn theses into books, some of which are exhibited here in the Lights of Guidance exhibition. Some of the authored works of the Al Al-Bayt University Publishing House include “Afaq al-Jaami’ah” magazine, and the books “Ikhtilaf Al-Akhbar”, “Ilhad al-Mo’asir” and “Rawzah al-Osul”,” he added.
“From international centers and institutions active (in propagating Islam), good works have been exhibited in the booths of the exhibition. But the publicity for the exhibition in the city is somehow weak. It would have been better if there had been more appropriate publicity in universities and centers,” stated Hossein Vakili, in charge of the booth of the Al Al-Bayt University Publishing House in the “Lights of Guidance” exhibition.
It should be mentioned that on the establishment anniversary of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, the exhibition of the achievements of institutions and organizations active in the international propagation of Islam, entitled “Lights of Guidance” is being held from Saturday, December 31, 2022, until January Thursday 5, 2023, in the conference hall of the Islamic Propagation Office of the Seminary.
It is worth noting that the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly was established on December 31, 1990, with the aim of gathering Shiites, establishing relationships within the Shiite world, promoting Shiites seminaries, solving the problems of Shiites with other Islamic Denominations, and benefiting from real and legal capabilities of Shiites.
The Assembly was established by the order of Grand Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, on December 25, 1990, with the aim of introducing the revolutionary foundations, and thought of the Islamic system of Iran to Shiites all over the world. /345/
