Art should be used to introduce Resistance belief: Ayatollah Ramazani

The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “Through its art works and media, the West seeks to change the Islamic lifestyle.”

Visiting the Mleeta Tourist Site in southern Lebanon, while emphasizing the importance of art in explaining the thought and philosophy of life, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “The West produces many profound philosophical films and presents them to societies in order to create schools of thought appropriate to its goals.”

“By producing different animations, we can present the Islamic Resistance Front and thought in the form of art and introduce this glorious idea to the world more than before,” added Ayatollah Reza Ramazani.

“Some Hollywood productions contain anti-Mahdist ideas. Artwork is very important. Unfortunately, Muslims are unaware of this important issue. The West seeks to change the Islamic lifestyle through its art and media,” he added, referring to the purposeful ideas of the West in the production of art works.

“Compared to the past, the Assembly has been upgraded. International University of AhlulBayt (a.s.), Thaqalayn satellite TV, Wiki Shia virtual encyclopedia and AhlulBayt (a.s.) News Agency - ABNA, which are affiliated with the Assembly, have been significantly upgraded,” said Ayatollah Ramazani, explaining the activities of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

It should be mentioned that the Tourist Landmark of the Resistance or Mleeta Landmark, located in the Al-Toffah highlands in southern Lebanon, illustrates the history of resistance against the Zionist regime from the beginning of the occupation of Beirut in 1982 and the liberation of Lebanon in 2000 until the 33-day war in 2006. The museum includes meeting rooms and movie theaters, ammunition and destroyed Israeli tanks. The forest section of the garden also contains the strongholds and equipment of Hezbollah soldiers and the hall, including some trophies obtained from the Zionists and secret information from the regime’s army.
